October Updates

FIRST TERM OVER!!!
Three months went by so fast!!! In the beginning, I wasn't sure how I would get through one month...but now three months are over and I only have 6 months left to study. I am really thankful to God for this opportunity to study His word.

ONE WEEK BREAK
Most of the students went for holiday during the break. I was the only one who stayed here in school, I was sad because everyone had left. My sadness turned into joy when one sister named Rose asked if I would come with her to a Tibetan settlement. I really enjoyed just walking and praying around the buddhist monestries. We enjoyed meeting monks and taking pictures with them. We ate food from home, dumplings(momos).Thank you Daddy for this opportunity given to me. Even during my holiday He reminded me again His heart for Buddhist people.

BACK TO BOOKS AGAIN
Last week we finished the book of James. From this book I learned that I am blessed. This book practically and faithfully reminds Christians how to live...not just as hearers but as doers.

For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead. James 2:26

As a student body we started putting our faith into action by helping other students. It's a very practical book  and before I only knew one bible verse from James, which was 4:7 Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. I felt that not only was this verse important, but every single word is important for me to live a Christian life. I cannot just be satisfied by being saved only but also the importance sanctification should have in my life.

Thank you for reading my blog and all your prayers and support also thank you for all the encouragement.

Prayer point:
1. Please pray for Tibetian   people here in Bylukkupe that their eyes will be open.
2. Kindly remember Rose as she has a heart for Tibetan people and serving here in Mysore.
3. God will strengthens me physically and spiritually as sanctification is taking place.
